What is Frila?
Frila is a booking app for solo service providers. You get a personal website with a booking page and a calendar, customer screening, a private customer list with a shared reputation list, and an AI assistant that answers your customers on Telegram.
Who is Frila for?
Anyone who works alone and takes bookings from customers: for example massage therapists, personal trainers, tutors, beauty professionals, coaches and other freelancers. If you do the work, the messaging and the planning yourself, Frila is made for you.
How does Frila reduce no-shows and fake bookings?
You can ask customers for a quick check before you confirm: a selfie, a location, a reference, or a deposit paid directly to you. The shared reputation list shows warnings from other providers before you accept. Customers also get a private link to change or cancel their booking, so they can tell you instead of just not coming.
Can I use Frila as my link in bio?
Yes. Your page at frila.me/yourname shows your photo, bio, links and contact buttons, and customers can book from it. Put that one link in your social media bio and in your messages.
Can I try Frila for free?

How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Add a photo and a short bio, set your services and working hours, and share your link. A short checklist on your home screen guides you through it.
Do you take a commission?

Can I take payments or deposits through Frila?

Do I need Telegram? What about WhatsApp?
No, Telegram is optional. Your personal website works with both WhatsApp and Telegram. The AI assistant replies automatically on Telegram. On WhatsApp there are no automatic AI replies, but one-tap replies let you answer booking requests in seconds. Tip: if you can, guide customers to Telegram so the AI assistant can do more of the work for you.
What if the AI says something wrong?
Like any AI, it can make mistakes. It answers only from your services, prices and custom instructions, always says it is an AI, and hands anything sensitive to you. You can pause it in any chat and reply yourself, and nothing is booked without your approval.
Who can see my customers and bookings?
Only you. Your notes, bookings and customer list are private to your account. The shared reputation list only shows a customer’s ratings and simple tags, never who left them and never your private notes.
Can someone leave a fake or unfair customer rating?
Customer ratings can only be left after a booking, use simple fixed tags instead of free text, and are shown as advisory only. You always make the final decision.
Will my customers know I rated them?
No. Other providers see a customer’s ratings and tags, but never who left them.
How do you keep my data secure?
Your password and data are stored safely, and your account is guarded against break-in attempts. Every booking has its own private link, and sensitive data is deleted automatically. We never sell data or show ads.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes, at any time, from your settings. Your account and its data are then deleted. Customer ratings you gave in the shared reputation list stay, so other providers stay safe.
Does it work on my phone?
Frila is made for phones first. Add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with notifications for new requests and reminders. It also works on tablets and computers.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Customers book from your page in a few steps and get a private link to see, change or cancel their booking.
